ON THE ISSUE OF UPBRINGING AND DEVELOPMENT PERIODIZATION OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
Annotation
The article is devoted to results of the retrospective analysis of development of teaching foreign languages in primary schools in Russia from second half of XIX century till present time. The author suggests her own periodization of the given process. The retrospective analysis of development of foreign languages teaching in primary schools in national educational system enabled to define evolution of approaches to teaching foreign languages in primary schools: from underestimation to an absolute must of learning foreign languages in primary school age in the modern polycultural world. The author reveals five stages in development of teaching foreign languages in primary schools in national educational system.Key words
