TEACHER’S SELF-FULFILLMENT AND JUSTICE: NATIONAL AND CULTURAL CONTEXT
Annotation
This article concerns with a teacher’s self-fulfillment in a national cultural context. Understanding is considered as an indicator of pedagogical activity. Understanding depends on perception of children determined by ethnic identity. A special importance in the culture of the Caucasian peoples is given to an important skill to get in touch and finish social interaction in conformity with appropriate social norms. The article gives special attention to correlation between self-fulfillment and justice as the most important values of moral codes possessed by peoples inhabiting mountain regions: equal rights for basic respect and recognition of each individual, group orientation of the Caucasian culture, combination of love towards children with high requirements, preserving child’s dignity.Key words
