PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL READINESS OF THE TEACHER TRAINING UNIVERSITIES GRADUATES AND SPK LISTENERS FOR THEIR INNOVATIVE CREATIVE ACTIVITY IN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Annotation
The article deals with a problem teachers’ training for innovative creative activity in the sphere of education, necessity to create practice-oriented theory of innovative creative pedagogical education, topical aspect of developing new (innovative and creative) personal qualities of the modern teacher performing new kinds of pedagogical activities. Problem research has shown that such phenomena as choice, freedom, morals, self-actualization and self-fulfillment of the future teacher’s personally result from influence of not only external factors (educational environment, life conditions, ethical models of behaviour, etc.), but also from internal factors, and first of all consciousnesses and its core which depends initially on external factors, and then selfconsciousness – personal structures (self-reflection, critical thinking, self-motivation, etc.).
