USING NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF AGRICULTURAL SPECIALISTS
Annotation
Analysing the activities of a qualified specialist the author reveals components of the information competence explaining the necessity of touching upon the problem of creating and using information resources and new information technologies classification models. The article considers various approaches to new information technologies in the context of the paradigm approach taking into account value and meaning oriented development of education in the modern society. The article also presents the author’s classification model of new information technologies, the main principle of which is the binary principle of universality and variability.Key words
