Annotation
This research is aimed at studying motor activities of younger 6–10 year-old schoolchildren and generating scientific and pedagogical recommendations to compensate for motor deficiency of children. The authors reveal age-related features of motor activities development, the influence of extended locomotor regime on physical fitness, motor activities and health status of primary school children. The article identifies effective pedagogical tools, forms and methods of physical training to optimize physical activities of younger pupils. The authors give scientific and pedagogical recommendations for primary school teachers of how to compensate for the motor failure and optimize motor activities of younger schoolchildren with poor healthKey words
