The article is devoted to the problems of modern professional training and reflects the necessity of its quality strategic management. It presents a number of theoretical principles of higher professional education quality strategic management. The quality of education is regarded as a specific research object: quality as a process, quality as a result and quality as a system. The authors reveal theoretical approaches to higher education quality strategic management analysing the key concepts of the process.Key words
