VARIABLE APPROACH TO COLLEGE STUDENTS’ PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE ORGANISATION
Annotation
The article deals with the problems of modern pedagogical education and stresses the necessity of improving the practical component of future teachers’ professional training in modern pedagogical education system. The key point of variable pedagogical practice is a possibility to choose an individual way of personal development from all available routes. The author gives special attention to main changes in college students’ practice and states the key principles of its organization within the variable approach.Key words
