PROBLEMS OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ HUMANITARIAN AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT
Annotation
The article is aimed at studying the problems of the educational model based on the humanitarian and anthropological approach. The core of the educational content of the model is the experience of personal basic abilities and individual life position development. The author reveals the humanitarian component of the teacher’s professionalism and analyses teacher’s activities through the subject-centered and humanitarian models of education. The article also shows the nature and structure of the term “humanitarian-pedagogical competence of a teacher” and ways of the humanitarian and pedagogical competence development.Key words
