ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT “INTERPRETATION” IN TERMS OF LITERATURE TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Annotation
The concept “interpretation” is in the focus of this article. Having analyzed a number of works on Philosophy, Hermeneutics and Semiotics the author reveals the main features of the concept considered an essential notion of Literature Teaching Methodology. According to the author the interpretative activity contributes a lot to the student-readers` literary development as well as the personal one. The author applies the hermeneutic approach to define the notion “student-reader’s literary competence” and to work out the principles of interpretative activity of a student-reader.Key words
