ON THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHERS’ MOTIVATION AND COMPUTER ANXIETY ON THEIR INFORNATION AND COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES (ICT) COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT
Annotation
The article presents the results of the research aimed at the detection of indicators including the level of computer anxiety, motivation to develop ICT-qualification, preferences of organizational forms of ICT-qualification development and content of the ICT-competence of teachers of two age groups (under and over 40). Special attention is given to co-relations of the detected indicators and their influence on the development of the ICT-competence of senior-age teachers.Key words
