Annotation
Under conditions of deep democratic reformations of last years the unity and optimal balance between individual and group experience becomes particularly essential, as each personality determines itself differently in the society (in the interaction, co-existence and survival environment). The article explains the necessity of individual and group experience substantiation as a pedagogical principle which is used to create conditions for personality development. Pedagogical interaction of individual and group experience is considered to be mutual acquisition of each other’s features.Key words
