Annotation

This article is devoted to the analysis of the structure and content of the future specialist training that is changing under the influence of socio-economical and psychological and pedagogical factors. This process is vividly reflected in creation of various models of continuous vocational training. These modes are considered to be the means of social life changing. The scientific theoretical foundation of the shift from the law education completed at each level to the model of continuous law education combining the issues of compulsory, secondary and higher vocational training can be created by studying the innovative processes, scientific concepts of the personal development and up-bringing and the current pedagogical paradigm.
