INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AT THE RUSSIAN SCHOOL: PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN WORK WITH “SPECIAL” PUPILS

Annotation
The article raises the problem of development of inclusive education at the Russian schools. The authors compare the European experience of introduction of inclusive education in comprehensive schools at physical education classes and readiness of Russian teachers of physical education for implementation of the policy of inclusive education. Stating the obvious difference in PE curricula at European and Russian schools, the authors focus on similar problems which include lack of necessary professional competences of teachers, the low level of the system of professional training and retraining of teachers of physical culture, blurred inclusive competence in federal educational standards.Key words
