DEVELOPING CREATIVITY OF PUPILS OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Annotation
The article deals with the problem of managing creativity development of preschool children. The authors state the correlation between creative management and the level of creativity of teachers and pupils of a preschool educational organization on the basis of estimated parameters. Parameters included into the system of analysis refer to the type of the environment of an educational organization, creative potential of the head, the level of pupils’ creativity, relationships between participants of the academic process. Considering a preschool educational organization to be the optimum environment for creativity development, the researchers come to the conclusion about poor preparation of the head and teachers for development of creativity of preschool children and work in terms of the innovative paradigm. The authors found out dependence between management, conditions of the educational environment and creativity level of teaching staff and pupils.Key words
