SELF-FULFILLMENT IN PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SENSES: SEARCH FOR NEW APPROACHES, FACTORS AND MEANS
Annotation
The article shows that development of the idea about integrative nature of personality allows seeing interrelation between the level of personal development and efficiency of professional work. The author emphasizes the tendency to employ holistic approach to studying a human as personality and the subject of work in modern psychology. The author proves significance of the ideas belonging to S.L. Rubinstein and A.V. Brushlinsky about personal evolution which takes place during all lifetime. The author dwells on system organization of mentality which includes a number of personal features, corresponding to social situation of development, the subject, purposes, means and conditions of activity. It is shown that personal traits are revealed in the complete organization of activity, in its complete contour. The author emphasizes that professional maturity should be estimated by the level of planning mechanisms, programming skills, estimation of results and their correction. Thus, the authKey words
