SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP AS THE CONDITION FOR DEVELOPING RESEARCH COMPETENCE OF A TEACHER IN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Annotation
According to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards, development of research competence of a teacher becomes one of the basic components of professional training of a teacher in educational establishments of continuous professional education. The article analyses the structure of research competence of teachers and stages of its development. The author offers the model of multilevel system for developing research competence of teachers in educational establishments of continuous professional training in the context of social partnership and on the basis of social and pedagogical technologies. The efficiency of the offered model is proved in the article.Key words
