IN SUB-EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS FOR CHILDREN
Annotation
The article covers modern approaches and interpretations of the adaptation process in educational establishments and the main stages and programs of new employees’ adaptation. Special attention is given to the problem of young teachers’ adaptation in sub-educational establishments for children. The author also suggests a number of measures ensuring adaptation and helping young teachers overcome certain functional states.Key words
