SPIRITUALLY-MORAL VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER SCHOOL

Annotation
The authors of the article investigate changes in educational system of pedagogical higher school under conditions of paradigmatic changes in education. According to the article, these changes occur at three levels: educational process (elective courses, basic educational program of master’s courses, program in the system of professional skills improvement); out-of-class work (volunteer movement, realization of program cycles, mass events in tertiary institutions, in a city, places of future bachelors and masters’ practice); work in institute church (weekly service). Researchers pay special attention to integration of higher school, church, public institutions for creating environment and pedagogical conditions for establishing cultural and moral values. The article also provides the results of the conducted by the authors measurement of the latent variables “duty” and “altruism” by means of Rasch model. These data are to provide quality standard of educational work efficiency.Key words
