INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ROUTE OF A STUDENT: DESIGNING AND APPROBATION RESULTS
Annotation
The article dwells on innovative approaches to constructing and designing personality focused educational routes for university students. The author defines the principles of educational process organization and covers the problems solved at modeling individual educational routes. Pedagogical technologies of vocational training individualization for university students based on variable-based reflective approach are considered. Validity of the received results is grounded by a complex of various scientific research methods, providing all-round and objective solution of the set tasks.Key words
