VALUE FOCUSED SYSTEM OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES TO STUDENTS

Annotation
The article provides the results of studying terminal and instrumental values of higher school students. The carried out analysis shows that changes in the society during last decades have caused essential changes in the system of key value orientations of students. Hence, changes in the system of future experts’ preparation and in the hierarchy of the values connected with training and getting future profession are required. In this connection, the author mentions the tendency to develop axiological approach to intercultural education, mainly aimed at developing multilinguism of a separate person for his/her successful participation in intercul-tural interaction with representatives of others linguistic cultures and overcoming existing cultural-linguistic differencies.Key words
