Annotation
Modern requirements to administrative and managerial staff of higher school in the field of using information technologies in their professional work connected with managing educational, scientific, organizational-economic and financial, economic activity of educational establishment are aimed at continuous qualification improvement in this direction. This need is caused by constant modernization of the applied software and automated control systems monitoring activity of higher educational establishments. In this connection, there occurs a need to work out theoretical aspects and methodical approaches to developing information-technological competence of administrative and managerial staff of higher school. This competence is seen y the authors as an integrative quality representing the unity of knowledge, skills, personal qualities and experience in the field of using information technologies in professional work.
