STRATEGY OF INCLUSIVE TEACHING OF PHYSICALLY-CHALLENGED STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: FROM FORMAL RIGHT TO REAL OPPORTUNITIES

Annotation
According to the authors, four main directions of higher educational institutions activity in terms of providing availability of higher vocational training for invalids can be singled out nowadays: special branches in higher educational institutions, specialized higher educational establishments for invalids, centers for preparing invalids for entering universities, centers of psychological-pedagogical help to the invalids taught in higher school. Such attention to professional training of physically-challenged youth is explained by the fact that education is treated as a steady channel for integration into labor, and consequently, into public field of activity. Nevertheless, the article stets that availability of the higher educational institutions environment for students with physical disabilities is still at the initial stage.
