NON-STATISTICAL METHODS FOR REVEALING INFORMATIONAL CULTURE COMPONENTS
Annotation
The article is devoted to the problems of revealing components of informational culture by means of mathematical methods. Non-statistical factorial method of processing results of pedagogical experiments is used. The author provides basic hypotheses of pedagogical experiment required for this method and suggests basic formulas. The author also shows how to interpret the allocated latent factors. As the example, processing of Unified State Exam results in computer science is considered. Thus, the author singles out three latent factors - components of informational culture of school graduates. These three factors (competence level, unconventional thinking and logical thinking skills) make up “a vector of informational culture”. The revealed latent factors can be used for clusterization of pupils, their progress estimation and analysis of the offered problems and tasks difficulty level, etc.Key words
informational culture, pedagogical experiment, non-statistical methods, latent factors, pedagogical experiment indicators.
