TECHNOLOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF ACADEMIC PROCESS AT COLLEGE AS PERSONALITY DEVELOPING RESOURCE FOR ITS PARTICIPANTS

Annotation

The article is devoted to technological effectiveness of the modern college as the key priority of its development. The emphasis is laid on inner features and basic components of pedagogical technology which is, in its theoretical aspect, based on fundamental laws and principles united by personality developing purposes, content and forms of teaching and educational work at college. The author proves it possible to develop identity of future experts by means of effective pedagogical technology treated as bases for the most harmonious organization of personality developing educational system of modern college. The author shows that organization and management of this process are based on certain components which include pedagogical technologies and concepts, algorithms, teaching and methodical aids, criteria for their choice and realization mechanisms.
