Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the conceptual approach to the creation of the education model «Russian Education – 2020». This approach is intended for the solution of economy and society innovative development tasks. The peculiarities of self-identification of the Russian technical school students, readily participating in innovative activities of higher educational institutions, are established on the basis of the content-analysis and intent-analysis of questionnaires for international grants reception.
