KNOWLEDGE, READINESS, COMPETITIVENESS OF THE PERSON AS TARGET TRIAD OF TRAINING PROCESS

Annotation

The article describes the target triad of training process: knowledge, readiness, competitiveness. It is shown that development of the person includes a complex of the purposes which, being built in the set sequence, provide an increment of the “ideal” purpose of training process, corresponding to the idea of educational paradigm transformation as well as continuity and sequence of personal development in the training process. The authors bring into focus the idea that general erudition of the subject of education process understood as obtaining knowledge can be considered as generalized parameter of efficiency of the given training purpose. It is proved that achievement of personal readiness for any activity is provided by personal developing training. Such training can develop competitiveness as a human resource which allows satisfying the whole complex of significant personal needs.
