Annotation

The article provides characteristic features of pedagogy of development in terms of developing intellectual resource of quality in education. Enrichment and acceleration strategy is considered. The author describes some forms of accelerated training. Strategy of radical acceleration of Johns Hopkins is considered. Strategies of «vertical» and «horizontal» enrichment are also reveled in the article. Intense all-year-round and winter programs are considered as an effective organizational form of training of presented children. The article includes characteristics of the teacher working with gifted children. The author touches on his practical experience at international school for gifted and talented children «Hope».
