CHILDREN’S TALENT AS AN INTELLECTUAL QUALITY RESOURCE OF THE MODERN EDUCATION

Annotation

In the attempt to conceptualise the notion “education quality resource” the author analyses intellectual resources of the society, where the central position is occupied by children’s talent. The article explains the necessity of creating a studying environment stimulating the child’s desire to realize themselves and develop as personalities. The author identifies the peculiarities of individual-oriented education, i.e. specific aims of education, the use of standardized mechanisms, diagnostic testing and improvement, independence of modules. The article also presents a model of a school as a personal development centre and details its concept, goals, values, priorities, structure and children’s activities.
