Annotation

The article deals with pedagogical approaches to selection of diagnostic techniques of studying of legal consciousness characteristics of pupils with deviant behaviour and criminality which are engaged in sports schools and clubs. The author determines evaluative and regulative functions of sense of justice, legal knowledge and valuable orientations of minors, ways of legal education, motives of substantiation and of the decision in legally significant situations as objects of pedagogical research. The article also offers theoretical substantiation of selection of pedagogical diagnostics methods.
