Annotation

The article deals with distant education organization peculiarities involving giving each student the opportunity to participate in developing and changing the educational content on the basis of the E-Learning 2.0 content. The scientific discipline “Program Engineering” is considered to be the main methodological basis of the distant education and learning concepts development. The author presents a number of approaches aimed at solving the problems of teaching in the distributed multiagent computer environment. The formation and development of the system of distant education is described at three stages of the system evolution
