Annotation

The article deals with the issues of under-age children’s rights protection in the context of socio-pedagogical problems of the society. The author looks into the causes of minors’ deviant behaviour, where violation of the child’s basic rights is regarded as one of determinants of deviations. They can also be accounted for by certain peculiarities of an individual psychological position. The article explains the socio-pedagogical approach to human rights work in the sphere of minors’ deviant behaviour prevention.
