METHODOLOGICAL PREREQUISITES OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM QUALITY RESOURCE MODELLING

Annotation

The quality of education is regarded as the basic criterion reflecting the actual state and prospects of the educational system development. The author raises the question of the personal quality from the point of view of philosophy. The article reveals the criteria and characterizes the phenomenon of “personal quality”. The author also substantiates the necessity of a new paradigm of the pedagogical science with the help of the methodology of interdisciplinary synthesis. The article conceptualizes the notions “quality”, “resource and “quality resource”. Special attention is paid to the dichotomy “quality – equality (availability) of education, types of resources characterizing the quality of the modern education.
