PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS SPECIALISTS ON THE BASIS OF GENDER APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF PERSONALITY-FOCUSED EDUCATIONAL PARADIGM

Annotation

The article deals with the interrelation and interaction of the leading approaches of personality-focused educational paradigm (personal, individual, activity-based learning). The paper also touches upon competence-based and gender approaches in the course of professional training of foreign affairs specialists. The author analyzes conditions of integration of gender approach into academic setting of higher educational institutions aimed at development of gender-competent identity of a foreign affairs specialist. The article describes common cultural and professional gender competences of the specialists of international affairs which can be added to the list of already available ones in the state and university standards.
