COMPONENTS OF THE RUSSIAN EXPERTS’ LEGAL MENTALITY

Annotation

The purpose of the carried out research is to reveal certain features of legal mentality of men and women - business executives and experts of the South of Russia. The author gives a detailed outline of key views on the concept of legal mentality and methodical approaches to its analysis. Author's definition of legal mentality is also presented in the article. Components of legal mentality of men and women (valuable orientations, legal attitudes, legal bases of interaction) are allocated and studied. As a result, the author distinguishes essential difference in components, socially-psychological characteristics of legal mentality of men and women and their orientations.
